Motormax designed a safety solution for Post Office fleet of cash-in-transit vehicles to improve driver safety by introducing a wide angle 360-degree vision around the vehicle.

Motormax designed a solution that incorporated a forward-facing AHD camera, plus additional cameras installed to the nearside, offside and rear. The cameras feature a wide-angle lens which delivers the benefit of an extended view to capture potential security risks around the vehicle. The 8-channel live DVR also provides geo-fencing. This means when the vehicle enters a predetermined geographical area that is classed as high risk, operators are alerted so the vehicle can be continually monitored remotely for increased level of security. Internal dome cameras are also installed for additional security monitoring.
