At Motormax, we have a dedicated aftersales team who focus purely on vehicle and in-life support. We take this approach because we know that things can go wrong, so it’s important that you know who you can turn to get it sorted and minimise the impact.
To further back-up our aftersales offering, we provide three year manufacturer warranties on all Motormax-installed products and solutions. This exceeds the industry standard – just another added customer benefit to our end-to-end service. For product supply only, we provide a one year warranty.
We’ll work with you to create a service level agreement (SLA) that’s specific to your situation. The SLA will reflect the work that the vehicle is carrying out, giving you peace of mind that your desired level of service will always be met.
