OnSight safety system designed exclusively by Motormax
OnSight is our latest safety system designed specifically for heavy duty plant vehicles used in construction. Designed to assist drivers and protect workers, four AI cameras create a 360 degree zone around the vehicle with an in-cab monitor showing the driver alternate camera views with specific warnings, i.e. “Pedestrian left”. The system includes four perimeter lights that project a safety zone around the vehicle.

If a pedestrian enters the predetermined zone, the following warning alerts are triggered
A red line is projected onto the floor showing safe and unsafe zone. Four pedestrian identifying AI cameras create a 360° collision avoidance work zone around the vehicle, activating audio and visual warnings if anyone gets too close or within the danger zone.
Driver Warnings
The in-cab display notifies the operator through a visual and audible alert once a pedestrian enters the customisable amber or red danger zones.

Pedestrian Warnings
The external speaker warns pedestrians in the danger zone “Caution vehicle in use, do not approach”
Using GPS technology the speaker is muted during the hours 11:00pm – 7:00am.
Additional pedestrian warning can be added, ie red zone lights or strobes/beacons etc
Safe to Approach
Adding an additional layer of safety, the Safe to Approach sign gives the machine operator the ability to communicate with personnel wanting to approach the vehicle.
The external LED sign displays a red cross whilst in operation. Once the driver acknowledges those wanting to approach, a green tick is activated using an in-cab button and an external audible alert, “It is now safe to approach” letting personnel know that it’s safe to approach the vehicle.
